This place had a relaxed atmoshphere, servers that get it, great food and drinks. Myself, my wife and my brother sat at the bar. The bartender was cordial and attentive. We got to know him on a first name basis quickly. The on tap Irish beers hit the spot. The food and drinks during happy hour were a great price. The burgers and fries were great. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.

Being in the restaurant industry, myself, I am not sure if it was just so fresh or if they actually grind the meat themselves, but the burger was absolutely exquisite. This is hands down my favorite pub in Florida, and about seven years ago. During the burger contest I believe it was a roasted bone marrow poutine burger that they ran only For the competition and I will never experience a burger that good again, but the Lamberger comes very close.

Fish N' Chips review by Linda
Always looking for a good fish n chips when out of town. Now this wasn't a good fish n chips, this was a great fish n chips. The haddock was cooked to perfection and the seasoning was super flavorful. Loved it so much that I am getting it again just two days later even though I know there are so many other dishes out there. Sometimes you just have to stick with a good fish. Barley Republic never disappoints.
